Abas Confirmation of Details Form 2018

A new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) becomes law on the 25 May 2018.

This law is aimed at protecting your personal data. Therefore, Abas will need your written consent to communicate with you by usually by email but occasionally by telephone, or text.

Please complete and return this form as soon as possible but before 25 May to the secretary, marking the envelope GDPR.

You can type into the document on screen and save it with your initials or group name at the end. A copy of Abas’s Privacy Notice document has been attached to this form, and will also be posted on the abas blog-site at http://abas2014.blogspot.co.uk .
